Friday
Cocktail Hour: Home-Brewed Dark and Stormy Cocktail, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus and assorted crackers
Dinner: Mulligatawny Soup with Coconut Rice Pilau, 5-Minute No-Knead Bread Machine Baguette
