In case you need some menu ideas…

Here’s what we’re cooking this week in the Copywriters’ Kitchen:

Monday
Whole Wheat Pizza with sautéed onions
Green salad
(Sound familiar? Yes, we ate this last week.)

Tuesday
Burritos made with whole wheat tortillas, sour cream and cheddar cheese
Arroyo Rice and Pinto Beans
Green salad

Wednesday
Steak
Twice-baked potatoes
Mesclun salad
(Trying to use up Omaha steaks mother-in-law keeps sending—despite multiple reminders that we eat only grass-fed meat. Recipe-Ready Tofu for me tonight.)

Thursday
Curried Long Island Cheese Pumpkin Soup
Mesclun Salad
Custard Corn Bread

Friday
Chunky Tomato Soup with Arborio Rice
Italian bread
(Okay, like whole wheat pizza, we also had this soup last week. So shoot me. It’s fast, delicious and everyone loves it.)

Saturday
Angel Hair Pasta with 15-Minute Marinara
Green salad
Italian bread
