@ Saucy Apron–There’s never a paucity of yummy recipes in the Saucy Apron kitchen. Looking forward to trying Quick Chicken with Olives and Lemon Zest http://www.saucyapron.com/The_Saucy_Apron/eat/Entries/2009/8/25_Quick_Chick._With_Olives_and_Lemon_Zest._.html

@Janee My vacation kitchen is presided over by a legendary South Carolinian scratch cook, the “CL” mentioned in a few of my recipes. Every meal is simple but fabulous. This morning, for instance, we had real grits–never instant!!–scrambled eggs, homemade biscuits and sausage gravy.

BTW, I gave CL your recipe for Not Quite Jerk Chicken and he prepared it a number of times for club guests this summer. http://www.revelandfeast.com/2009/03/not-quite-jerk-chicken.html
