Copywriters’ Kitchen Weekly Menu February 1, 2009

by Lorraine Thompson on February 2, 2009

Ever wake up with a mental hangover the day after a client meeting? That bad feeling that you promised to deliver too much too soon?

This week’s like that for me. I have a ridiculous deadline and time for little else—including cooking.

That’s why I set aside time over the weekend to plan this week’s meals in advance, see menu, below.

I even cooked some of the dishes ahead in a Copywriters’ Kitchen Cookathon—I’ll reveal compulsive Cookathon details in a future post. Other meals were chosen for their quick prep time.

Check back tomorrow and later this week for some of the recipes.
